The Design Process is an organized flow outlining how we will work together.

Each step brings us closer to designing a brand that achieves the goals for your business.
These will vary from client to client, since the process is based on your specific needs.

  • Whether you know which service you need or not, the first step is to book a free 20-minute consult call with me. We’ll go over what you’re dreaming of for your brand and website, what your options are, and find out if we’re a good fit!

  • If you’re ready to transform your business we’ll book your project on the design calendar. The contract will be signed and first payment submitted to hold your date. A welcome pack and access to your own client portal will be sent.

  • This is possibly the most important phase of your project! This phase happens between the time you book your project and your project start date. During this time you’ll be gathering up all your inspiration, images, and your copy (the text/wording you want) and saving it to your client portal. Don’t worry! It will all be explained in your welcome package! Timeline: 2 or more weeks depending on your project start date.

  • On your project start date, we’ll have a kick-off call to review what you’ve gathered during the preparation period, review your design and functional requirements, and ask each other any questions before the build begins. I only work with one client at a time, so your project has my complete attention from this point until handoff!

  • It’s all happening now! During this phase, I’ll be busy building out your site based on everything we’ve reviewed and agreed upon. All you have to do is provide me feedback on the drafts at the scheduled times until it’s in the final, beautiful state!

  • This is it! We’ve completed the design & building of your site and you love it! Your new site is ready for its debut! We’ll have a 60-90 minute call where I’ll hand over your new site and train you how to maintain it easily. This will be recorded so you can have the video to refer back to anytime you need it.

I’m a graphic designer with 30+ years of experience, excited to hear about the vision you have for your business and bring it to life with strategic and intentional design.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved creating. From drawing, and painting, to graphic design; this is where I’m in my zone, and this is my happy place… other than being at the beach!

My background in design and creative approach has offered me some pretty cool opportunities to work as an art director for theater and film projects and as an event planner and Director of Conventions and Meetings. And, through it all, I have always incorporated graphic design into my journey.

One of the greatest joys in design and what pushed me to specialize in branding and websites, is the excitement I see in a client’s eye when they see their design concept for the first time. It’s that moment when their eyes say “she gets me”!

I don’t like projects that drag on and on, so let’s get started now and take your business to next level.
